Cancellation & Refund Policy
In the case of rescheduling/canceling a cleaning appointment, the customer agrees to give Cleanology Services Ltd 24 hours prior notice by phone/voicemail/text to (236)-471-1161 or by email to contact@cleanologyltd.ca.
If prior notice is given less than 24hrs before the day of your service (00:00 of the service day), client agrees to pay the cancellation fee of 60% of the upcoming service and any/all fee associated with insufficient notice of cancellation. If no notice is given and our crew has arrived at your house, a full-service charge shall be applied.
All payments are non-refundable. If our crew missed something or our work did not reach your satisfaction - provided that we were given enough time but did not have our work done properly to our ability, please kindly let us know within 24hrs of your service, we will look into the issue and send the crew back for a re-do appointment at no additional cost.
